ADEM Fleet Car Wash Services - FY2025

Background
The Alabama Department of Environmental Management (ADEM) is seeking car wash services for its vehicle fleet, which includes both the Montgomery main office and a mobile field office. The goal of this contract is to maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of ADEM's vehicles for the fiscal year 2025, which spans from October 1, 2024, to September 30, 2025.

Work Details
The contractor will provide exterior car wash services for a total of 143 vehicles (118 in Montgomery and 25 in Mobile), which include sedans, SUVs, vans, and pick-up trucks. Services will be performed at a location within a reasonable distance from the ADEM offices.

The frequency of washes will vary based on need, with invoicing done monthly based on actual washes administered. Bids should be submitted as a total maximum amount for the year rather than monthly charges per vehicle. An example calculation is provided: if there are an estimated 456 washes needed in a year at $6.20 per wash, the maximum bid would be $2,900.
