The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, fuel, supervision, and permits required for the improvement and replacement of utilities. Work will be performed at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey, and is expected to be completed by March 10, 2030. These contracts were competitive acquisitions and 11 offers were received.
