Description

Provide replacement, repair, and improvement services for underground utilities projects at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst (JBMDL), New Jersey. This includes the repair of existing and construction of new water, sanitary sewer, and stormwater systems. Additionally, work involves the repair and construction of lift stations and water wells, as well as repairs and improvements to water and sewer treatment plants.

Provide infrastructure-related services such as horizontal and vertical concrete work, asphalt paving, excavation, asphalt removal, leveling, grading, compaction, aggregate placement, tack coats, and pavement striping. These tasks ensure the operational integrity and efficiency of the base's essential utility systems.

Provide adherence to JBMDL regulations regarding safety, security, traffic management, and environmental compliance throughout all construction phases. The work is critical to supporting the mission of the military base by maintaining and enhancing its underground utility systems.
