Description

This effort will require the contractor to establish, operate, and maintain call center services in support of NICS background checks. The contractor must enable FFLs to contact the NICS call center by phone. Phone access will be provided by the FBI via a toll-free number. The government will provide a transfer capability to support transferring FFL calls from the NICS call center to the NICS Section in Clarksburg, West Virginia.
