Overseas contract. Under the usaid governance and local accountability (HOVERLA) activity in Ukraine, work includes facilitating the creation of local governance systems that are more self-reliant, accountable, inclusive, and capable of providing services. Tasks performed include the procurement and delivery of emergency response equipment, it and GIS systems, municipal service vehicles, rescue tools, medical equipment, and supplies for local councils and emergency services; design and construction works for shelters and school repairs; development of information systems and municipal statistics; and technical assistance for community-level governance and spatial planning.
