Description

The Puget Sound Clean Air Agency (PSCAA) is a municipal corporation created in 1967. Our jurisdiction covers King, Kitsap, Pierce, and Snohomish counties. The Agency works to protect public health, improve neighborhood air quality, and reduce our region's contributions to climate change. PSCAA is seeking to obtain quotes from qualified vendors located within our jurisdiction, for the provision of colocation data center services. Written responses are due at the Agency's office by noon on Friday, 5/30/2025. Background
The Puget Sound Clean Air Agency (PSCAA) is a municipal corporation established in 1967, covering King, Kitsap, Pierce, and Snohomish counties.
The agency's mission is to protect public health, improve neighborhood air quality, and mitigate climate change impacts.
PSCAA is seeking qualified vendors within its jurisdiction to provide colocation data center services.

Work Details
The selected vendor will be responsible for providing the following services:
a) Colocation Services: Secure space for hosting servers and IT equipment, including secure rack space, power, cooling, and network access.
b) Connectivity & Network Services: Reliable and redundant connectivity with 1Gb bandwidth, firewall, and network security services.
c) Rack Space: Two side-by-side secured enclosures (cabinets), either 42U or 48U in size with dimensions of approximately 78” high, 24” wide, and 42” deep.
The enclosures must include Power Distribution Units (PDUs) and preferably cable management.
d) Security Services: Physical security measures such as 24/7 surveillance and access control.
e) Power Supply & Redundancy: Redundant power sources including Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems and backup generators to ensure uptime.
f) Monitoring & Support: 24/7 monitoring and technical support for proactive management of performance, security, and hardware failures.

Period of Performance
The contract is expected to commence on July 21, 2025, and continue through July 20, 2028.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed within the jurisdiction of the Puget Sound Clean Air Agency covering King, Kitsap, Pierce, and Snohomish counties.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be located within the PSCAA jurisdiction.
Participation from small businesses and minority/women-owned business enterprises (MWBE) is encouraged but not required.
Bidders must comply with all applicable federal regulations regarding discrimination.
