The Virginia Port Authority (VPA) is seeking proposals to procure one (1) battery electric powered mobile rail car mover for switching (MRCM) for use at Richmond Marine Terminal (RMT).
The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to establish a contract through competitive negotiations to meet the needs of the VPA, which has experienced significant growth and aims to accommodate continued business expansion.
Work Details
