Background
The Commonwealth of Virginia, through the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV), is seeking bids for the HVAC replacement at the DMV Customer Service Center located in Kilmarnock, VA. 2) Installation of a new 3 Phase 208/230 volt, 10 Ton 15 SEER Daikin or equivalent heat pump condenser with R410a or R32 refrigerant;
3) Reconnection of all electrical connections and control wires;
4) Installation of a new air handler compatible with the new condenser;
5) Replacement of all flex duct runs from supply air trunk to supply registers (approximately 18-20);
6) Provision of a Honeywell 7-day non-wi-fi programmable digital thermostat;
7) Startup of new equipment and submission of a detailed report on operating pressures at startup along with manuals and warranty paperwork;
8) Compliance with Virginia OSHA Standards and Virginia Uniform Statewide Building Codes.
Period of Performance
The contract term shall begin upon execution and will last for thirty (30) days, which includes completion of all work and deliverables.

Bidder Requirements
