SecuGen Unity 20 Bluetooth BLE Fingerprint Scanners

Background
The Unified Police Department of Greater Salt Lake (UPD) is soliciting bids for the purchase of SecuGen Unity 20 Bluetooth BLE Fingerprint Scanners. The purpose of this bid is to purchase 663 SecuGen Unity 20 Bluetooth BLE Fingerprint Scanners immediately, with the option to purchase additional fingerprint scanners and accessories on an as-needed basis. The contract will be awarded to the most responsive, responsible vendor(s) submitting the lowest bids for the SecuGen Unity 20 Bluetooth BLE Fingerprint Scanners listed in Exhibit A as well as shipping and handling.
After award, the first initial order must be delivered to the Unified Police Department by June 30, 2024, unless it is agreed upon in writing by both parties. The contract resulting from this solicitation will become effective on the date of execution for a term of three (3) years and may be renewed for (2) additional one-year terms. Written questions shall be submitted electronically through U3P/Sciquest, the State of Utah’s Purchasing Platform, by the due date and time posted.

Work Details
The purpose is to purchase 663 fingerprint scanners immediately and others as needed.

Period of Performance
The contract resulting from this solicitation will become effective on the date of execution for a term of three (3) years and may be renewed for (2) additional one-year terms.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the Unified Police Department of Greater Salt Lake.
