Pchd Peaster Aeromedical Hangar

Work Requested:
The Parker County Hospital District is seeking sealed bids for the construction of a new helicopter hangar and helipad access drive at 200 Sharla Smelley Rd, Weatherford, TX 76088.

The project scope includes:

• Construction of a new helicopter hangar using a pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) structure
• Installation of a helipad access drive
• Inclusion of a single-user restroom and office within the hangar

Requesting Entity:
This solicitation is issued by the Parker County Hospital District.

Background:
The project, known as the PCHD Aeromedical Hangar, is intended to support aeromedical operations by providing new facilities at the specified Weatherford, TX location.

Contract Requirements:
A complete set of plans, bidding instructions, and bid tabulations will be available at the designated site. Any revisions, changes, addendums, or updates will be posted to the portal.

Submission Instructions:
Bids must be electronically submitted to the portal by Friday, April 10, 2026 at 12:00 pm CST.

Late submissions will not be accepted. Bids sent via USPS, fax, or hand delivery will not be accepted and will be returned unopened to vendors.

Bids will be opened and read on Friday, April 10, 2026, at 1:00 pm in the Parker County Hospital District Boardroom, 1130 Pecan Dr, Weatherford, Texas 76086.

Additional Information:
The Parker County Hospital District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bid procedure or bids when such actions are deemed in the best interest of the Hospital District.
