The mix of products and services to be offered to employees would be developed in collaboration with the awarded TPA respondent. *** ***Collaboration between awarded Employee Benefits TPA respondent and Lewisville Independent School District (LISD) to start December 9, 2025, to prepare for products and services to be offered to employees starting July 1, 2026, with a "Test Live" date of June 15, 2026, to ensure all systems are in place and functional. *** The Lewisville Independent School District (LISD) is accepting proposals for an Employee Benefits TPA to provide services and/or insurance products to LISD, Online Benefit Management, and Administration of Section 125 including COBRA administration. It is the intent of LISD to establish a contract with vendor(s) for Employee Benefits which include both Employee Benefits TPA services and benefit products as well. The Employee Benefits TPA will solicit and provide ancillary and voluntary employee benefit insurance products in accordance with relevant insurance statutes and will provide third-party administration services including, but not limited to, an on-line enrollment system for all employee benefit insurance plans, including health insurance, full integration with the District's financial management systems, Cafeteria Plan Administration, a bilingual (English/Spanish) call center to respond to employee insurance questions on an as needed basis, on-site enrollment meetings as requested, and at least one fulltime onsite customer service representative. The term of this proposal shall be for one year with four successive one-year extensions, based on the long-range needs of the District and mutual consent of both parties not to exceed five years total.
