Athletics Catering Services

Background
Texas State University is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced Respondents to provide comprehensive catered meal services for all Athletics teams and organizations. The goal of the contract is to work in close collaboration with designated representatives from each sport program, as well as Athletics Administration, to plan, coordinate, and deliver high-quality nutritional and catering services that meet the diverse needs of student-athletes and Athletic events.

Work Details
The successful Respondent(s) will be responsible for providing a wide variety of healthy, safe, and nutritionally appropriate meal options while ensuring consistency, reliability, and exceptional customer service. Respondents must demonstrate the capability to deliver competitive pricing, maintain strict food safety and quality standards, and offer flexible menu solutions that support the performance, health, and well-being of Texas State University student-athletes.

Period of Performance
The initial submittal deadline is December 19, 2025 @ 5:00 p.m. CT. An amendment has extended the deadline to January 7, 2026 @ 10:00 a.m. CT.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at Texas State University locations as required by Athletics teams and organizations.
