NCTC Drug Incinerator

Background
The Department of Military and Veterans Affairs (DMVA) is seeking to award a purchase order for the Pennsylvania Counterdrug Joint Task Force (PACJTF).

The goal of this contract is to procure portable incinerators to support Law Enforcement Agencies in the disposal of prescription drugs. The DMVA is responsible for the solicitation and purchase order award, with Lori Richards serving as the Procurement Specialist.

Work Details
The awarded contractor shall provide two portable incinerators with frames, which must meet specific requirements:
- **Portable Incinerator:**
- Constructed of heavy gauge stainless steel.
- Two axial vane blowers (110V or 220V).
- Airflow controls and easily removed motor covers.
- Quick access to air filters and a stainless steel spark screen.
- Stir port cover and integral APC system.
- Stainless steel air feed hose and automatic kill switch.
- Weatherproof toggle switch and easy feed cartridge for injecting drugs into the fire while at incineration temperature.
- Steel open top drum.
- **Frame:**
- Powder coated steel frame with galvanized plenum and tool storage tray.
- Elevated stand to protect floors from heat.
- Four fast lock barrel clamps for a tighter seal on the drum to prevent smoke emission.
- Shielded electric cord, wheels, and handle included.

Additionally, the contractor must supply instructional labels and videos, as well as maintenance packages (1-year, 3-year, and 5-year) that include parts and labor.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed upon issuance of a Notice to Proceed, with an estimated delivery date required from bidders along with their bids.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at Fort Indiantown Gap, Annville, PA.
