Work Details
The contract involves providing Dell Post Standard support services specifically for the Integrated Library System (ILS) servers and associated storage arrays utilized by the Free Library of Philadelphia.
The seller must quote all items listed in the bid to be eligible for award.
Services will not commence until notified by the department.

Period of Performance
The contract will be effective from July 31, 2024, through July 31, 2025.
There is an option for renewal at the sole discretion of the City for up to three additional one-year periods.
