The RFI seeks information from vendors regarding the implementation of an AI chatbot with the following requirements:
- Integration with Sitefinity CMS (approximately 300 pages).
- Mobile-friendly design.
- SaaS (cloud-based) solution.
- Ability to restrict answers to CCC-approved content without relying on external internet searches.
- Capability to crawl the website and ingest content automatically, including extracting text from PDF URLs.
- Provision of a test or sandbox environment.
Compliance requirements include FERPA compliance, provision of a data privacy policy, ownership of data collected through the chatbot, admin audit logs, WCAG VPAT for the chatbot widget, and options for restricting user interaction data used in AI model training.
