Background
The Board of Regents of The University of Oklahoma is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) for a High-Performance Computing (HPC) cluster supercomputer hardware and software system.
The supercomputer will support large-scale computing-intensive and data-intensive research and education, aligning with the University's mission to enhance academic and research capabilities.
The University prefers to award the contract to a single Supplier but reserves the right to award to multiple Suppliers if deemed beneficial.

Work Details
The contract includes the provision of a cluster supercomputer, which encompasses both hardware and software systems, as well as maintenance and user support services.
Specific requirements include:
- High-Performance Computing (HPC) cluster supercomputer hardware
- Software system compatible with HPC applications
- Ongoing maintenance services for the hardware
