RF Shielded Enclosures

Background
The Ohio Attorney General’s Office (AGO) is the chief law officer for the State of Ohio, overseeing various agencies and advocating for consumers and victims of crime.
The Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI) within the AGO is seeking to procure portable RF shielded tent enclosures to support digital forensics activities in its Cyber Crime Unit.

Work Details
The AGO is soliciting quotes for the following items:

- Two (2) each: 6’ x 6’ x 8’ Shielded Tent Enclosures with specifications including:
- Exterior dimensions of 7’ x 7’ x 8.5’
- Extruded rounded aluminum frame
- Heavy-duty vinyl tarp protected shielded floor with an average shielding of -85 dB attenuation from 30 MHz to 1 GHz and -90 dB from 1 GHz to 11 GHz.

- Two (2) each: IO Port Plates for Power and Ethernet, which must include:
- A facility filter rated at -100dB from 100kHz to 40GHz
- One (1) USA 120 VAC/15A outlet with five (5) outlets total.

- Four (4) each: Tent Ventilation Systems, which must include:
- Two ventilation systems per tent (one inbound, one outbound)
- Dual honeycomb vent panels sized at 120mm x 120mm.

- Four (4) each: LED String Lights that are bright enough to illuminate the inside of the tent.

All items must meet specified quality standards, and any proposed alternates must be detailed in the bid.

Period of Performance
Delivery should be made within 60 days of receipt of a valid AGO purchase order.

Place of Performance
The items will be delivered to the Bureau of Criminal Investigations Cyber Crime Unit location in London, Ohio.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
They are required to provide proof of insurance, including commercial general liability and workers' compensation insurance.
Vendors must also not be debarred from consideration for contract awards by any governmental agency.
