Promotional Item Swing Usb Drive 8Gb

Background
The State of Ohio, through the Department of Administrative Services, General Services Division, is issuing this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the procurement of promotional items specifically for use by the Ohio Commission on Minority Health.

The goal of this contract is to provide promotional USB drives that will support the agency's outreach and educational efforts.

Work Details
The contractor will provide 4000 units of Swing USB Drives with a storage capacity of 8GB.

The specifications for the USB drives are as follows:
- Brand: 4imprint, Item #112703-8G
- Size: 4.25 inches in length and 5/8 inches in diameter
- Stock Color: Navy plastic case with a silver aluminum cover
- Presswork: White imprint featuring the Commission Seal and full name
- Ink Color: White
- Packaging: Sub-packed in quantities of 100 and carton packed, labeled with item and quantity.

Artwork will be provided by the state, and no alterations to the artwork are permitted. A laser proof must be delivered to Angela Dawson at the Ohio Commission on Minority Health prior to production.

Period of Performance
The delivery of the USB drives is required by February 3, 2025, or sooner.

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered to Integrity Moving & Storage, c/o Ohio Commission on Minority Health, located at 2050 Corvair Blvd., Columbus, OH 43207.

Additionally, six other locations specified in a provided spreadsheet will also receive deliveries.
