Background
The New Mexico State Purchasing Agent is issuing a solicitation for a Statewide Price Agreement aimed at providing automotive glass services, including windshield replacement and repair, to qualified user agencies and local public bodies throughout the state of New Mexico.

The goal of this contract is to ensure that all participating entities have access to reliable and compliant automotive glass services.

Work Details
The contractor will provide automotive glass services including the replacement and repair of windshields, curved glass, flat glass, and installation kits. All auto glass replacements must conform to the Auto Glass Replacement Safety Standard (AGRSS). The contractor must ensure that all auto glass provided is either domestically manufactured or equivalent to Original Equipment (O.E.).

Installation materials must comply with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards. Specific requirements include:
- Removal of broken glass and debris at no additional cost.
- Warranty on all installed glass against defects.
- Compliance with safety standards regarding urethane adhesives used in installations.
- Invoicing for moldings, gaskets, trim, and weather strips according to the latest NAGS catalog.
- Discounts provided on invoices must reflect the lower price if they are less than the standard contractual price.

Period of Performance
The term of this Price Agreement shall be for one (1) year from the date of award, with an option to extend for three (3) additional years on a year-to-year basis, not exceeding four (4) years total.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed throughout the state of New Mexico.
