CHROMX 9100 Rebar

Background
The New Hampshire Department of Administrative Services, through its Division of Procurement and Support Services, is issuing a Request for Bid (RFB) for the supply of ChromX 9100 Rebar. The purpose of this bid invitation is to establish a contract in the form of a purchase order to provide the State with the specified items as outlined in the bid invitation. This procurement aims to ensure that the State has access to high-quality reinforcing steel that meets specific standards.

Work Details
The contract involves supplying ChromX 9100 Reinforcing Steel that meets ASTM A1035 Grade 100 specifications. The vendor must provide:
- 1152 each of ChromX 9100 Reinforcement #5 x 20’
- 792 each of ChromX 9100 Reinforcement #6 x 20’
- 200 each of ChromX 9100 Reinforcement #5 Female Splice Bars (36”)
- 200 each of ChromX 9100 Reinforcement #5 Male Splice Bars (36”)
- 250 each of ChromX 9100 Reinforcement #5 Female Splice Bars (48”)
- 250 each of ChromX 9100 Reinforcement #5 Male Splice Bars (48”)

Additionally, the vendor must provide:
- Certificates for Compliance including mill reports showing material meets specified standards.
- All materials must be shipped covered to protect from water spray during transportation. Uncovered loads will not be accepted.

Period of Performance
Delivery is required within ten weeks after receipt of Purchase Order.

Place of Performance
Delivery will be made to NH DOT, located at 13 Range Rd, Franklin, NH 03235.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must be duly registered as a vendor authorized to conduct business in the State of New Hampshire and have a completed Vendor Application Package on file with the NH Bureau of Purchase and Property. The successful vendor must also warranty all equipment/items for at least one year or the manufacturer’s standard period, whichever is greater.
