Parking Deck Software and Equipment Upgrade Project

Background
Cape Fear Community College seeks a qualified vendor to furnish and install upgraded equipment and software, to replace the existing operational systems, for the two parking decks located at the Downtown Wilmington Campus location. The intent of this solicitation is to award an Agency Specific Contract. The Contract term shall begin on the date of final Contract execution and concluding upon vendor completion and acceptance by CFCC, of all requirements within the scope of work.

Work Details
The work includes upgrading existing security/surveillance cameras and adding new cameras at Nutt Street Parking Deck and Hanover Street Deck. The RFP schedule includes a mandatory site visit on May 14, 2024, at 10:00 am Eastern Time at Union Station Rear Courtyard in Wilmington, NC.
Proposals must be submitted electronically through the electronic Vendor Portal (eVP). Vendor's proposal must include a cover letter, title page, completed and signed execution pages, signed receipt pages of any addenda released in conjunction with this RFP if required, vendor's proposal addressing all specifications of this RFP, completed versions of various attachments including pricing cost proposal, HUB supplemental vendor information, customer reference form, location of workers utilized by vendor, and certification of financial condition.
Vendors may submit alternate proposals for comparable Goods or Services. The evaluation criteria include vendor technical approach, project organization, price, vendor experience & references.

Period of Performance
The contract term begins on the date of final Contract execution and concludes upon vendor completion and acceptance by CFCC of all requirements within the scope of work.

Place of Performance
The geographic location for performance is at the two parking decks located at the Downtown Wilmington Campus.
