Delivery must be made Free-On-Board (FOB) Destination to NCDOT Support Services in Raleigh within 60 days after final approval of pre-production proofs.
Period of Performance
The initial term of the contract is three (3) years from the date of final contract execution. The state reserves the right to extend the contract with the vendor's concurrence.
Place of Performance
Delivery will occur at NCDOT Support Services located at 309 Chapanoke Road Suite 309,
Raleigh, NC 27603.

Vendors must be registered with the North Carolina Secretary of State and comply with all applicable state laws regarding business operations. Vendors are encouraged to meet or exceed a goal of 10% utilization of diverse firms as subcontractors.
