Work Requested:
The Hattiesburg Public School District is seeking sealed bids/proposals for a comprehensive, turn-key Voice over IP (VOIP) and Internet Protocol (IP) Intercom system. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment, installation, and integration services to deliver a fully functional VOIP and IP Intercom solution across all designated sites.

Requesting Entity:
This solicitation is issued by the Hattiesburg Public School District (HPSD).

Background:
HPSD is undertaking this project to upgrade and modernize its communication infrastructure. The district is committed to selecting the lowest and best bidder for this contract, in accordance with its procurement policies. The solicitation is published by order of the Hattiesburg Public School District.

Contract Requirements:

• Provide a complete, turn-key VOIP and IP Intercom system for all specified district locations.
• Attend a mandatory vendor walkthrough/vendor conference at all sites on Monday, April 13, 2026, and, if necessary, Tuesday, April 14, 2026, starting at 9 A.M. Attendance is required for all potential bidders, or arrangements must be made for an additional walkthrough with the HPSD Department of Technology.
• The contract will be awarded to the lowest and best bidder as determined by HPSD.
• HPSD reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.

Submission Instructions:

• All proposals must be submitted either through the Central Bidding website or delivered to the HPSD Office of the Superintendent at 301 Mamie Street, Hattiesburg, MS.
• For submissions to the Superintendent's Office, include two printed copies and two digital copies (on thumb drives).
• Bids must be received no later than 10:00 A.M. on April 24, 2026.
• Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked as follows:

  HPSD Bid #: 26-016
  Attn: Edith Stallings
  Bid Opening: April 24, 2026
• Envelopes not properly marked will not be considered.
