Aruba 6200 Network Switches

Background
The Metropolitan Community College (MCC) is seeking bids for Aruba 6200 Network Switches as the current inventory of network switches has reached the end of life and is no longer supported. The goal of this contract is to procure newer, more reliable, and efficient equipment to enhance the college's network infrastructure.

Work Details
The contract involves the provision and delivery of the following Aruba Edge Switches:
- 16 units of Aruba 6200M 48G CL4 PoE 4SFP+ Switch (Model: R8Q70A)
- 32 units of Aruba X372 54VDC 680W Power Supply (Model: JL086A#ABA)
- 16 units of Aruba X751 FB Fan Tray (Model: JL669B)
- 16 units of HPE ANW Central Switch CL2 Fund 1y E-STU (Model: Q9Y73AAE)

All items must meet specified product standards with no substitutions allowed. The vendor must also provide a product warranty and return policy. Timeliness of delivery is crucial, with all items required to be delivered by June 1, 2026, to MCC's Penn Valley Campus.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon the award date and is expected to conclude with the delivery of all items by June 1, 2026.

Place of Performance
Delivery will take place at MCC-Penn Valley Campus, located at 3201 SW Trafficway, Kansas City, MO 64111.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must have at least five years of experience providing similar products. They are required to complete various forms including a Diverse Supplier Participation Form and a Federal Work Authorization Program Affidavit. Bidders must also comply with Missouri Revised Statute requirements regarding E-Verify participation for employees working on this contract.
