Period of Performance
The contract work is expected to commence upon award and must be completed by April 14, 2026.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed in Washington County at the TH 36 and CSAH 17 intersection in Lake Elmo Avenue.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must submit an electronic bid accompanied by a bid bond or corporate surety bond equal to not less than 5% of the total bid. Contractors must comply with minimum wage rates as predetermined under the Work Hours Act of 1962. Additionally, contractors employing more than 40 full-time employees must possess a compliance certificate issued by the Minnesota Department of Human Rights.
