Description

The Department has a need to purchase CISCO Teleconferencing Equipment. The contractor will provide the equipment in new and unused condition, delivered to the DPSCS IT Warehouse.
Background
The Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services (DPSCS) has a requirement for the procurement of CISCO Teleconferencing Equipment. The goal of this contract is to enhance communication capabilities within the department, supporting their mission to provide safety and security in Maryland. This solicitation is part of a Small Business Reserve Procurement, ensuring that only certified small business vendors can participate.

Work Details
The contractor will provide the following CISCO Video Conferencing Equipment in new and unused condition, delivered to the DPSCS IT Warehouse:

1. Cisco Room Bar Pro Mediabar Device - Model: CS-BARPRO-K9, Quantity: 25
2. Cisco Ceiling Microphone Gen 2 - Model: CTS-MIC-CLNG-G2, Quantity: 50
3. Cisco Webex Room Bar with Navigator - Model: CS-BAR-T-K9, Quantity: 25
4. Cisco Desk Pro Collaboration Device - Model: CS-DESKPRO-K9, Quantity: 50

Additionally, configuration and training services are required, including:
- WebEx control hub configuration; registering devices; directory integration; setting up one button to push for Google Meet; configuring macros for Desk and Room devices to display icons for joining Zoom, Google Meet, and MS Teams.
- Performing User Acceptance Testing.

Period of Performance
The contract performance period begins upon award and continues through the delivery of all equipment and completion of training services as specified in the proposal.

Place of Performance
The equipment must be delivered to DPSCS – 7122 Ambassador Road, Woodlawn, MD 21244.
