Background
The Maryland State Retirement Agency is seeking proposals for the procurement of Dell Latitude 3550 laptops to support their mobile user project. This initiative aims to convert agency staff to a mobile work setup, enhancing operational efficiency and flexibility.

The contract involves the provision of 75 Dell Latitude 3550 laptops, which are specified as follows:
- Model: Dell Latitude 3550
- Processor: 13th Gen Intel® Core™ i7-1355U (10 cores, up to 5.0 GHz Turbo)
- Operating System: Windows 11 Pro
- Memory: 16 GB DDR5
- Hard Drive: 512GB M.2 PCIe Gen 4 NVMe
- Display: 15.6" FHD (1920x1080) Non-Touch, AG, IPS
- Wireless: Intel Wi-Fi 6E AX211, Bluetooth
- Battery: 3-cell, 54Wh with Express Charge capability.
Additionally, the contract may include installation services and a manufacturer's extended warranty (ProSupport Plus for 36 months).

Period of Performance
The laptops are expected to be delivered upon contract award, with no specific end date provided for the overall performance period.

Place of Performance
All deliveries will be made to the Maryland State Retirement Agency located at 120 E. Baltimore Street, Baltimore, MD 21202.
