MAA HP Elitebook 630 Laptop Purchase

Background
The Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT) is seeking to procure IT supplies, specifically 57 units of HP Elitebook 630 G11 Notebook PCs. This procurement is designated as a Small Business Reserve (SBR), meaning that only certified small business vendors are eligible to submit bids. The goal of this contract is to enhance the IT capabilities of the agency by providing high-quality laptop computers.

Work Details
The contract requires the purchase of 57 new and unused HP Elitebook 630 G11 Notebook PCs. Vendors must provide detailed specifications for the laptops as outlined in the solicitation. Additionally, vendors must be authorized resellers for Hewlett Packard and include a screenshot of the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with their bid.

The vendor must also provide an estimated ship date/lead time for each item listed in the procurement.

Period of Performance
The contract performance period begins upon award and continues until all items are delivered, with bids due on July 11, 2025.

Place of Performance
The delivery location for the laptops is specified as MDOT/OTTS, with an on-site contact at MAA – Enterprise Services located at 7005 Aviation Blvd, Glen Burnie, MD 21061.

Bidder Requirements
This procurement is limited to certified small business vendors registered in the eMaryland Marketplace Advantage (eMMA). Bidders must provide a Mercury Affidavit and ensure compliance with all invoicing requirements as outlined in the solicitation.

Additionally, bidders must be registered to do business in Maryland through the Department of Assessments and Taxation (SDAT).
