Background
The Maryland State Retirement Agency is seeking to replace database servers for MySRPS and other critical agency systems. This contract is part of a broader initiative to ensure the agency's technological infrastructure remains robust and capable of supporting its mission.

Work Details
The primary deliverable under this contract includes the procurement of three Dell PowerEdge R7625 servers, tailored to meet specific performance and storage requirements. The specifications include:
- Processor: AMD EPYC 9184X 3.55GHz, 16C/32T, 768M Cache (320W) DDR5-4800
- Memory: 24 x 64GB RDIMM, 4800MT/s Dual Rank
- Storage: Chassis with up to 24 NVMe drives, including (24) 3.2TB Enterprise NVMe Mixed Use AG Drives
- Power Supply: Dual, Hot-Plug, Fully Redundant Power Supply (1+1), 2400W

Additional components include various network adapters, a Trusted Platform Module, and necessary cables and accessories for optimal server operation. The servers must be new and unused, with no restocking fees for returns due to damage or incorrect shipments.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and is expected to be fulfilled within a timeframe that allows for the delivery of the servers as specified in the proposal due date of September 6, 2024.
