Dell Latitude 5430 Rugged Laptops CANCELLED

Background
The Maryland Transit Administration (MTA) is seeking proposals from Master Contractors who have been awarded a contract under the Desktop, Laptop, and Tablet 2015 Master Contract (#060B5400007).

The goal of this contract is to procure Dell Latitude 5430 Ruggedized laptops to replace worn out and broken laptops for use in Zero Emission Buses (ZEB). This procurement is designated as a Small Business Reserve (SBR) procurement, limiting eligibility to certified small business vendors.

Work Details
The contract involves the provision of 50 Dell Latitude 5430 Ruggedized laptops with the following specifications: Model #210-BCFW.

The laptops are required to be new and unused. The Master Contractor must provide an estimated ship date/lead time for each item listed in the Purchase Order Request for Proposals (PORFP). Additionally, the contractor must be an authorized reseller for Dell and include a screenshot of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with their bid.

The contractor is also required to provide a Pro Support Plus warranty for five years and accidental damage coverage for the same duration.

Period of Performance
The expected delivery date for the laptops is on or before October 1, 2024.

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered to the Maryland Transit Administration Office of Information Technology located at 7390 Baltimore Annapolis Blvd, Glen Burnie, MD 21061.
