Background
The Maryland Stadium Authority (MSA) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to obtain a highly qualified Internet Technology (IT) consulting firm to perform Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) consulting services at the Camden Yards Sports Complex.
The MSA aims to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of its operations through expert consulting services.

Work Details
The selected consultant will provide various CMMS consulting services, including but not limited to:
- Ensuring data integrity and system functionality
- Developing and analyzing reports
- Assisting with equipment updates
- Scheduling preventative maintenance work orders
- Advising on data reporting needs
- Developing training plans for users
- Creating efficient inspection plans
- Identifying maintenance problems
- Liaising with the software developer.
The consultant will also meet regularly with MSA management to strategize best practices and review processes.

Period of Performance
The contract term is three years with two one-year renewal options at the sole discretion of MSA.
The contract will commence upon issuance of a Notice to Proceed or upon signing by the Executive Director following required approvals.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the Camden Yards Sports Complex located in Baltimore, Maryland.

Bidder Requirements
Offerors must demonstrate at least five years of continuous experience in managing similar CMMS systems and must be licensed to do business in Maryland.
Additionally, they must comply with insurance requirements including:
- Technology Errors and Omissions Insurance ($1 million)
- Comprehensive General Liability Insurance ($1 million)
- Umbrella Liability Insurance ($2 million)
- Comprehensive Automobile Liability Insurance ($1 million)
- Workmen's Compensation Insurance.
