Audio Visual Equipment

Background
The Carroll County Public Schools (CCPS) is seeking bids for the supply and delivery of Audio-Visual Equipment. CCPS serves approximately 25,000 students across 40 schools, including seven high schools, eight middle schools, twenty-two elementary schools, and three alternative education schools. The goal of this contract is to establish a reliable source for audio-visual equipment on a requirement basis, pending availability of funds.

Work Details
The contract includes the following items:

1. Multimedia Player, Boombox - Portable with CD player, AM/FM radio, Bluetooth, AUX and USB playback; must be Sony ZS-RS60BT or equal.
2. Multimedia Stereo Headphones - For computer use with 1/8" jack; must be Califone 3060AV or equal.
3. Video Camcorder HD - Capable of recording up to 1920 x 1080/60p video; must be Panasonic HC-V180 K with no substitutions.
4. Video Camcorder HD - Records Full HD video and 26MP stills; must be Panasonic HC-V800 with no substitutions.
5. Memory Card - SDHC 32 GB Extreme Class 10; must be Lexar or San Disk.
6. Tripod - Heavy duty with fluid head; must be Manfrotta MT290XTA3US with no substitutions.
7. Digital Still Camera - Must include EF-S 18-55mm IS II Lens and DIGIC 4+ Image Processor.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence on June 1, 2025, and remain in effect until May 31, 2026.

Place of Performance
Delivery will be made to any facility within the Carroll County Public Schools system.
