Background
The Springfield Department of Public Works (DPW) is seeking to establish a price agreement for authorized motor vehicle parts and services specifically for Freightliner and Western Star vehicles.
The goal of this contract is to ensure the availability of necessary parts and services to maintain the city's fleet, with an estimated annual cost of $300,000.00.

Work Details
The contract will cover the provision of authorized motor vehicle parts and services for Freightliner and Western Star vehicles.
This includes procurement of genuine parts, maintenance services, repairs, and any other related services necessary to keep the vehicles operational.

The term of the contract awarded is one (1) year.

The services will be performed in Springfield, Massachusetts.

Bidder Requirements
The City of Springfield has established a goal of twenty percent (20%) Minority/Women-owned Business Enterprise (MWBE) participation for this contract.
