Furnish and Deliver LED Luminaries and Accessories

Background
The State of Louisiana, through Southeastern Louisiana University (SLU), is issuing this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the purpose of procuring Entertainment LED Luminaries and Accessories.
The SLU Purchasing Department aims to enhance its lighting capabilities for various events and productions, aligning with its mission to provide quality educational experiences and community engagement.

Work Details
The contract includes the furnishing and delivery of the following Entertainment LED Luminaries and Accessories:
- 10 units of ETC Colorsource Spot V 19deg with C-Clamp, Safety Cable, Power Whip
- 5 units of ETC Colorsource Spot V 26deg with C-Clamp, Safety Cable, Power Whip
- 2 units of ETC Colorsource Spot Jr with C-Clamp, Safety Cable, Power Whip
- 20 units of ETC Colorsource Par Deep Blue with C-Clamp, Safety Cable, MFL, Power Whip
- 6 units of ETC Colorsource Cyc with C-Clamp, Safety Cable, Power Whip
- 4 units of Mega Lite Spot Bot with 2 Omega Brackets, 2 C-Clamp, Safety Cable, Power Whip
- 97 units of Lex Products DMX 10’ Cable.
All products must comply with specified standards and include transportation costs in the unit price. Warranty terms include a standard limited warranty for fixtures (5 years) and LED arrays (10 years).

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and is expected to be fulfilled by May 7, 2025.

Place of Performance
All products are to be delivered to Southeastern Louisiana University at the Purchasing Department located at Property Control & Supply Building, 2400 North Oak Street, Building M-4, Hammond, Louisiana.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with Louisiana Revised Statute preferences for products produced or manufactured in Louisiana.
Bidders should provide documentation if claiming Louisiana preference. Additionally, bidders must ensure that their products meet all applicable federal and state laws and regulations.
