Dotd S52 Ground Maintenance

Background
The State of Louisiana's Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) is seeking bids for grounds maintenance services at various weigh stations.
The purpose of this contract is to ensure the upkeep and maintenance of these facilities, which are critical for the state's transportation infrastructure.

Work Details
The contractor will provide monthly grounds maintenance services at the following locations:
1. Baptist East Bound Weigh Station, 12382 I-12 East, Hammond, LA 70403
2. Baptist West Bound Weigh Station, 12381 I-12 West, Hammond, LA 70403
3. Kentwood South Bound Weigh Station, 77479 I-55 South, Kentwood, LA 70444
4. Delta East Bound Weigh Station, 836 I-20 East, Delta, LA 71233
5. Delta West Bound Weigh Station, 312 I-20 West, Delta, LA 71233
All services must conform to DOTD specifications dated August 10, 2022.
The contract includes an option for two additional twelve-month extensions under the same terms and conditions.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on August 18, 2025, and will conclude on August 17, 2026.
It may be extended for up to two additional twelve-month periods.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various weigh stations located in Louisiana as specified in the work details.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be registered with the Louisiana Secretary of State if they are a corporation or limited liability company.
Additionally, vendors must complete registration in LAPAC prior to bid submission.
Insurance requirements must be met as outlined in the attached documents.
