Ultrasound Machines - Carroll Campus

Background
The Technical College System of Georgia, on behalf of West Georgia Technical College (WGTC), is issuing this electronic Request for Quotes (eRFQ) to establish a contract with a qualified supplier for the provision of Ultrasound Equipment.

The equipment will support the Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program (DMSP) at WGTC, aligning with the college's mission to provide quality education and training in technical fields.

Work Details
The selected supplier will provide three (3) new general Imaging Ultrasound Systems.

It is explicitly stated that no used or refurbished equipment will be accepted. The ultrasound systems are intended for use at the Carroll Campus located at 500 Technology Parkway, Carrollton, GA 30117.

Suppliers are encouraged to review the eRFQ instruction document and bid specifications available in the attachments section of the Team Georgia Marketplace Bid Event for further details.

Period of Performance
The initial term of the contract will commence upon award and continue until the end of the State’s current fiscal year, which runs from July 1st through June 30th.

The State Entity has four (4) one-year options to renew the contract at its discretion.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at West Georgia Technical College's Carroll Campus located at 500 Technology Parkway, Carrollton, GA 30117.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with all registration requirements through Team Georgia Marketplace™ and must maintain appropriate insurance coverage as specified in the eRFQ.

This includes Commercial General Liability Insurance with minimum coverage limits, Workers Compensation Insurance, and Automobile Liability Insurance. Additionally, suppliers must demonstrate their ability to meet all mandatory requirements outlined in the eRFQ.
