Gwinnett Technical College (GTC) is seeking a one-time purchase with a supplier who can provide a Sole Brand FARO Focus Core 100m, including delivery and installation, for the Drafting program. NO SUBSTITUION ON BRAND MAKE OR MODEL. Substitutions will not be considered for this purchase. 2. (QTY 1) Subscription Single User Hard Lock for SCENE Subscription (3-year New), which includes standard maintenance for three years.
3. (QTY 1) Standard Carbon Fiber Tripod designed for Focus scanners.
4. (QTY 1) FOCUS Premium Complete Care-Year 3 covering parts and labor for repairs and annual cleaning/calibration.
5. (QTY 1) Sphere XG Standard: Point Cloud 1Y with full point cloud functionality for up to three users.
6. (QTY 1) Focus Battery Power Block for the Focus laser scanner and Freestyle.
7. (QTY 1) Scanner Training - Facility POS combining online modules with interactive sessions covering principles of scanner operation and software use.
8. (QTY 1) AS-BUILT SUITE SUB 1Y license.
9. (QTY 1) As-Built Bldg. Design CAD 8H Web training session.
10. (QTY 1) T3D Starter Kit including various registration spheres and accessories.
Period of Performance
The contract is a one-time purchase with no specified multi-year agreement; delivery and installation are expected to occur upon award.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be authorized by the manufacturer or distributor of the FARO Focus Core 100m and provide proof of this authorization prior to bid award.
Bidders must quote all items requested including installation costs, warranty details, training fees, shipping costs, and delivery timelines. A completed Contractor's E-Verify Affidavit Form must be submitted if the total bid exceeds $2499.99.
Gwinnett Technical College is a tax-exempt agency; a Tax Exemption Certificate will be provided upon award.
