Background
The Technical College Systems of Georgia, on behalf of Augusta Technical College, is issuing this electronic Request for Quotes (eRFQ) to establish a one-time purchase agreement with a qualified supplier for Road & Street Signs, Building Numbers & Names. This procurement is in accordance with the State Purchasing Act of Georgia. The goal is to acquire necessary signage for the Augusta Campus located at 3200 Augusta Tech Dr, Augusta, GA 30906.

Work Details
The contract requires the supplier to provide Road & Street Signs, Building Numbers & Names that are approved or equal to specified standards. The signs will be utilized at the Augusta Technical College Public Relations Building 1. Suppliers must ensure that all products meet the specifications outlined in the eRFQ and provide detailed information regarding brand names and models offered.

Period of Performance
The initial term of the contract will commence upon award and continue until the end of the State’s current fiscal year, which runs from July 1st through June 30th. There is an option for one renewal year at the discretion of the State Entity.

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered to Augusta Technical College, specifically at Public Relations Building 1 located at 3200 Augusta Tech Dr, Augusta, GA 30906.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must register in Team Georgia Marketplace™ to participate in this procurement process. They are required to comply with all insurance requirements as specified in the eRFQ, including maintaining general liability and workers' compensation insurance. Additionally, suppliers must submit a bid bond and may need to provide performance and payment bonds if subcontractors are utilized.
