Request For Competitive Bids And Proposals For Internal Connections

Background
The Liberty County School System is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors for Internal Connections for the Schools listed in Section II. The bid will be issued at the same time the FCC Form 470 is filed and will remain posted for no less than 28 days. The District reserves the right to remove buildings and services at no additional charges if the configurations of the entities change within the District in response to budgets, population shifts, enrollment changes, Board of Education decisions, and/or circumstances outside the District’s control.

Work Details
The District is requesting pricing for E-Rate eligible Category Two products and services for the Liberty County School System’s network connections. The District will accept new products only.

Separate contracts may be awarded of equipment and/or services by project tab (switching, cabling, and firewall) within the spreadsheet. The district is open to all manufacturers and will accept quotes for any and all equivalent products. Vendors must include a complete bill of materials for the installation with their bid package.

The vendor shall protect all flooring, equipment, and furniture in the work area. The vendor will place all cabling into existing conduit, pathways, or provide conduit or pathways as necessary. Cable trays, raceways, and wall plates are to be installed where necessary.

Period of Performance
The date of E-Rate Service is April 1, 2024 through September 30, 2025.

Place of Performance
The eligible building locations include various schools within Hinesville and Midway, GA as listed in Section II.
