Background
The DeKalb County School District (DCSD) is a metropolitan Atlanta public school system dedicated to providing quality education to approximately 93,000 students across 139 schools.
The district aims to improve leadership, teaching, and student learning.
This Invitation to Bid (ITB) seeks qualified vendors to provide catalog discounts on athletic equipment and uniforms to support the district's athletic programs.

Work Details
Vendors are required to provide athletic equipment and uniforms as specified in the ITB.
This includes all labor, materials, tools, specialized equipment, supplies, trained personnel, insurance, travel costs, and any other necessary services or items without additional charges.

Period of Performance
The initial contract term is set for one year from the execution date, with services expected to commence around March 2026.
There are options for four one-year renewals contingent upon approval from the DeKalb County Board of Education.

Services will be performed within the DeKalb County School District located in Stone Mountain, Georgia.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must submit a valid business license and comply with insurance requirements as stipulated by DCSD.
They must also complete forms related to immigration compliance under the Illegal Immigration Reform and Enforcement Act of 2011 if applicable.
Bidders are encouraged to be minority-owned businesses but will be evaluated based on their bids' merit without discrimination.
Additionally, bidders must provide financial statements for the past two years and disclose any conflicts of interest.
