Agency Contract for Cleaning Services-SC

Background
The Technical College System of Georgia, on behalf of Oconee Fall Line Technical College, is issuing this electronic Request for Quotes (eRFQ) to establish a contract with a qualified supplier for Janitorial Services.
The goal is to provide cleaning services at the college's North Campus located at 1189 Deepstep Road, Sandersville, GA 31082.

Work Details
The contractor will provide comprehensive janitorial services including but not limited to:
- Daily cleaning of classrooms, restrooms, hallways, and common areas;
- Trash removal;
- Floor care (sweeping, mopping, and waxing);
- Window cleaning;
- Maintaining cleanliness in outdoor areas.
Specific requirements are detailed in the Scope of Work document attached to the eRFQ.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on July 1, 2026, and will conclude on June 30, 2027.
There is an option for up to four (4) one-year renewals based on performance and funding availability.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at Oconee Fall Line Technical College's North Campus located at 1189 Deepstep Road, Sandersville, GA 31082.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must attend a Mandatory Pre-bid Conference and Site Visit scheduled for March 5, 2026.
Additionally, bidders must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding business permits and licenses.
The contractor must ensure that all personnel undergo a criminal background check as required by the State Entity.
