Recertification Repairs - Coral Gables Country Club

Background
The City of Coral Gables, Florida, is issuing this Invitation for Bids (IFB) No. 2024-039 for recertification repairs at the Coral Gables Country Club, a historic landmark built in 1922.
The purpose of this solicitation is to engage a qualified contractor to perform necessary repairs to ensure compliance with current building codes and regulations.

Work Details
The work includes:
- General Conditions
- Mobilization
- Miscellaneous structural repair work
- Shoring design and installation
- Tower roof work
- Provide and install doors and windows
- Electrical work for parking lot lighting.

The project will be deemed complete upon successful completion of these tasks as determined by the City.

Period of Performance
The work must be substantially completed within 180 calendar days from the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed, with final completion required within 30 calendar days after substantial completion.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the Coral Gables Country Club located at 997 N. Greenway Drive, Coral Gables, FL 33134.
