IT Service Management Platform

Valencia College is seeking information and industry insight regarding the procurement of a new IT Service Management (ITSM) and Customer Service Management (CSM) platform. The purpose of this request is to gather details about available solutions that may support the college's objectives and requirements as outlined in this notice. This effort is intended to inform planning and decision-making for a potential future acquisition of such a platform. This request for information (RFI) is issued by Valencia College under Section 287.012 (22), Florida Statutes. It is solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a formal solicitation, such as a Request for Proposal (RFP) or Invitation to Negotiate (ITN), nor does it guarantee that such a solicitation will be issued in the future.
