HVAC Commercial Refrigeration Repair and Maintenance

Work Requested:
HCPS is requesting bids from experienced and qualified vendors to provide comprehensive HVAC commercial refrigeration repair and maintenance services. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to:

• Preventive maintenance, repairs, and installations for commercial refrigeration units and ice machines
• Service for equipment located in concession stands, athletic rooms, and nurses stations
• All work must comply with local and state regulations, as well as American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards
• Provision of all necessary labor, materials, supervision, equipment, incidentals, and related items required to fulfill the contract specifications
