Harris Acclaim Citepay POS Terminal Integration

Background
The City of Jacksonville's Clerk of the Circuit and County Courts is seeking to integrate CitePay point-of-sale terminals with the Harris Acclaim system. This integration is essential for enhancing payment processing capabilities within their customized Acclaim module, originally developed by Harris for the Clerk’s office.

The total expenditure for this project is not to exceed $18,400.00, funded through state funding as per Florida Statute 28.37(5).

Work Details
The contract involves the installation of CitePay POS Terminal Integration for the Acclaim system, which includes configuration, testing, and ongoing support. The specific tasks include:
1) Removal of convenience fees from the payment display;
2) Integration to pull CitePay receipt images directly from the CitePay API;
3) Enabling re-scanning of signed credit receipts after cashiering;
4) Providing an option for cash refunds when cash and credit payments are combined.

These functionalities are necessary to ensure accurate transaction processing and compliance with operational requirements.

Period of Performance
The work is scheduled to begin after approval of the award on December 30, 2024, with delivery expected in January following a sprint starting December 2.

The integration services will be performed at the Clerk's Office located at 501 West Adams Street, Jacksonville, FL 32202.
