Pursuant to Chapter 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, the posting of this Notice of Intended Award will commence on Tuesday, April 22, 2025, at 09:00 A.M. (ET) and will continue for 72 consecutive hours, excluding holidays and weekends and will expire on Friday, April 25, 2025 at 9:00 A.M. (ET).

Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in section 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, or failure to post the bond or other security required by law within the time allowed for filing a bond shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under Chapter 120, Florida Statutes.
