Description

2025.0440, WPCA RFP - Billing, Collections, Consumption Data Analysis, Payment Processing, & Customer Service RFP Opening: July 17, 2025 at 4:00 PM No RFP Deposit or Pre-Proposal Meeting Project Manager: Rhudean Bull, WPCA Administration Manager All Proposal and Bid documents, drawings and specifications can be viewed/ downloaded from ProcureWare (https://stamfordct.procureware.com). All questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted online via the Clarifications feature within ProcureWare.
Background
The City of Stamford is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the WPCA (Water Pollution Control Authority) to enhance its billing, collections, consumption data analysis, payment processing, and customer service.
