Description

CCCS RFP 25-018 Email and Chatbot Solution
Background
The State of Colorado, through the Department of Higher Education and the State Board for Community Colleges and Occupational Education, is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) to procure an Email and Chatbot Solution for the Colorado Community College System.

The goal of this contract is to enhance communication and service delivery through innovative technology solutions that align with the agency's mission to provide quality education and support services.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for delivering an Email and Chatbot Solution that meets the specifications outlined in Exhibit A – Statement of Work.

This includes developing, implementing, and maintaining a system that integrates with existing platforms, provides user-friendly interfaces, ensures data security, and complies with applicable regulations such as HIPAA and PII standards.

The solution should facilitate efficient communication between students, faculty, and administrative staff while ensuring accessibility for all users.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on the Effective Date specified in the contract documents and will continue through the Initial Contract Expiration Date.

The State has the option to extend the contract for additional terms as specified in the contract provisions.

Place of Performance
The services will primarily be performed within the State of Colorado, with potential requirements for remote access or support as needed.

Specific locations may include various campuses within the Colorado Community College System.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with specific certifications such as M/WBE or SDVOSB if applicable.
