Background
The Department of General Services, Procurement Division (DGS-PD) is conducting a One Time Acquisition to cover the requirements of the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC) for SimpliGov. The agreement resulting from this solicitation will be for 12 months with two optional one-year extensions. The Leveraged Procurement Agreement (LPA) for Software Licensing Program (SLP) will be utilized for this solicitation.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide SimpliGov products to the Department of Cannabis Control, including the SimpliGov Automation Platform with unlimited forms and workflows, running in the Microsoft Azure Government Cloud, and providing 50,000 transactions per year. Additionally, the Contractor shall provide SimpliGov Platform Success services for implementation, training, supervision, program implementation, project development & management, design, configuration, and product development support across multi-functional project implementation teams.

Period of Performance
The term of the agreement resulting from this solicitation will be for 12 months with two optional one-year extensions.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the Department of Cannabis Control's location at 2920 Kilgore Road, Rancho Cordova, CA 95670.
