Hardware - Portable Harddrive

Background
The County of Los Angeles is issuing a Request for Bid (RFB-IS-25201215-1) for the procurement of portable hard drives.
This solicitation is part of the Internal Services Department's efforts to acquire necessary hardware to support its operations and services.

Work Details
The contract involves the provision of portable hard drives.
Bidders are expected to submit their bids online through the Vendor Self Service (VSS) portal, including all required documentation and forms as outlined in Appendix A – Purchasing Required Forms.

Period of Performance
The contract is expected to commence upon award and will continue until all items are delivered and accepted by the County, with a bid due date set for June 6, 2025, at 12:00 PM.

Place of Performance
The delivery location for the portable hard drives will be specified in the purchase order issued by the County following bid acceptance.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must register in the County’s WebVen system prior to submitting a bid.
They must also complete and submit all forms labeled in 'Appendix A' along with their bids.
Additionally, bidders are encouraged to be certified as Small Business Enterprises (SBE), Local Small Business Enterprises (LSBE), Disabled Veteran Business Enterprises (DVBE), Social Enterprises (SE), or Community Business Enterprises (CBE).
All bids must include a complete 'Exhibit 1, Proposer’s Organization Questionnaire/Affidavit', 'Exhibit 2, Proposer’s Certification of Compliance', and other specified exhibits.
